are you a mum who is exhausted, stressed and feel as if you are on a roller coaster ride with no breaks on? do you feel you are stretched so thin and is struggling to juggle the demands of life?
As a mum or caregivers our life is full to the bream with responsibilities: taking care of our loved ones, managing the household, taking the children to after school activities and weekend sports, and the list goes on. On top of that, most of us have to also juggle work and/or study along the way. It's no wonder that most mums feel that they are about to hit breaking point.
The good news is, you are not alone and there is help. Whether you are looking to manage your stress better, wanting to be able to manage the demands of life in a more balanced way, wanting to eat and feed your family better, Julie will be able to help you.
